Terms of Service

Booking & scheduling

Appointments can be booked online through our booking system or by phone. Booking a service means you agree to these terms. We'll confirm your appointment window and do our best to arrive on time, though exact arrival times may shift due to prior jobs or traffic — we'll keep you updated if that happens.

Diagnostic fee

Estimates & approval

After diagnosing the issue, your technician will provide a price for the repair before any work begins. We do not proceed with repairs, order parts, or charge for labor beyond the diagnostic fee without your approval.

Warranty

All repairs are backed by a 3-month warranty covering both parts and labor for the specific issue that was repaired. The warranty covers defects in the parts we installed or workmanship related to that repair.

The warranty does not apply if:

• The customer supplies their own replacement part instead of a part sourced by SVA
• The appliance is damaged by misuse, power surges, flooding, or other external causes after the repair
• A different, unrelated issue develops with the appliance
• Repairs or modifications are made by another party after our service

Payment

We accept cash, check, credit card, and Apple Pay. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

Cancellations

We understand plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the time slot to another customer. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future scheduling priority.

Limitation of liability

SVA Appliance Repair LLC is licensed and insured. While we take care in every repair, we are not liable for pre-existing conditions of an appliance, issues unrelated to the repair performed, or the age and general wear of equipment beyond our control. Our liability for any claim related to a service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Effective date" above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our services after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
